The person building it

Julie-Anna Cooke-Yarborough founded Donae for people who care about giving thoughtful gifts but are short on time. Previously HR Director at Rokos Capital Management, she created it to ease the mental load of finding and giving thoughtful gifts. Her belief is simple: giving a meaningful gift should bring as much pleasure as receiving one.

In her own words: “Donae started as my own problem. I found it surprisingly hard to consistently remember thoughtful gift ideas, important occasions and the small personal details that make people feel known.”

How we make money
